Advisory Committee
The CIRPS Advisory Committee is a rotating group of regional
stakeholders who offer the Steering Committee and Project Director advice on
major issues and strategic planning. The roles of the Advisory Committee also
include the following:
- Review project idea proposals,
- Provide advice/guidance on funding possibilities,
- Provide advice/guidance for project idea development,
- Identify key members for Advisory Committee,
- Identify key stakeholders for particular initiatives,
- Represent broad interests from outside the university,
- Develop creative project ideas, andd
- Ensure non-duplication of current initiatives of collaborating organizations.
